https://map.rotary.org/en/project/pages/project_detail.aspx?guid=D810239F-6EAB-4398-82A5-0E3D29D30EF2 Our club, Rotary Club of Pune Shivajinagar, is supporting Eklavya Nyas run by well known Social worker Renutai Gavaskar, Situated in Somwar Peth, Pune and Saarthak, run by Social worker, Anil Kudia, in Yavat area. They provide shelter home and take full care of almost 70-75 children each. These are mainly street children , children of sex workers. These kids go to school, are taken care of till they pass tenth standard and are also sent for vocational training after that so that they can carve good life for themselves. Our club provides monthly supply of food grain to both these NGOs . We also help them in many other ways like giving school uniforms, daily ware clothes, celebrate festivals with them, conduct workshops, celebrate their Birthdays, arrange picnics etc so that we can contribute to their overall development as good citizens. We raise funds for this through crowd funding mainly from our members, their friends, relatives, acquaintances. We need funds for this project
