Secretary Rtn.Pramod Pathak The minutes of the last BOD (31/03/23) were approved unanimously. Treasurer Rtn. PP.Ashok Gadgil Rtn. PP. Ashok Gadgil told BOD that we are comfortably positioned as President Dr. Mrinal Nerlekar managed to save substantially on the hall rent of weekly meetings, & expenses were kept within budget by the event team (club day &D.G. visit). BOD approved the revised resolution for change in signatory to be submitted to Cosmos Bank. Rtn. Ashok Gadgil suggested printing new RCPS flags. Trustee Rtn.Gurunath Palekar told BOD that Rs.75000/- is still available for the new project in the remaining period of the Rotary year. BOD approved Rs.10,000/- for the health checkup camp done for contract workers at IISER in collaboration with Bharati Vidyapeeth, BOD also approved Rs.15000/-for the training of 5 teachers under the project Doorstep School, & Rs.2500/-, for stationery kit for 10 students of JIJAU Foundation (project suggested by Rtn. Parag Kapre). The updation committee has taken note of the suggestion given by Rtn. PP. Ashok Gadgil after a detailed discussion on the updation of bye-laws, it has been decided that once again mail should be sent to all BOD for their suggestions and objections on bye-laws updation within a stipulated time and it will be further discussed and decided in EGM to be held on 17/04/23. An E-learning kit was installed at Madhyamik School under the synergy CSR project with RCP Far East, the proposed inauguration of the same is scheduled for 13/04/23. A vote of thanks was given by President Dr. Mrinal Nerlekar. The next BOD will be held on Saturday 29/04/2023. It will be hosted BOD. The meeting was attended by: (11 members). |
