| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of the BOD meeting held on 26 th MAY 23 The meeting was conducted by President Rtn. Dr. Mrinal Nerlekar The meeting was attended by President. Dr.Mrinal Nerlekar,Treaserur.Ashok Gadgil, Secretary Pramod Pathak Club Trainer Vrinda, Club Admin Dr.Smita, Director Vocational Sandeep Tapaswi, Director Without Portfolio.Chandrashekhar Yardi, DirectorPI, Nitin Naik, Chief Trustee Gurunath Palekar & Committee chairs Attendance Aniruddha Inamdar, Fellowship Ann Meena Inamdar, Synergy Shirish, Literacy Anjali Ravetkar, Program Co. chair Srikanth Bhave, Event Ajay Godbole, Members absent with prior intimation: Director Service Project.Sachin Director Membership Dr.Bharati Director Youth Sanjeev Chaudhari Director Medical project.Rujuta Sergeant at Arms R T Kulkarni, Foundation Director Pratap Gokhale Bulletin Kalyani, Anns.Neha Avenue-wise reporting and approvals of the board wherever required are as follows: President welcomed all the directors at the BOD’s meeting thanking them for making it convenient to attend & told BOD that Project Doorstep was successfully achieved, As per MOM (held on 29/04/23) committee was formed & complaint matter of (Rtn. Ajay &PDG Deepak) was resolved amicably. It is also resolved that a No Dues certificate should be issued to PDG Deepak & Rtn. Guari Shikarpur. Dr. Mrinal told BOD that she also received the resignation of Pratap Gokhale and Shrikant Pingale. Secretary Rtn.Pramod Pathak The minutes of the last BOD (29/04/23) were approved unanimously. Treasurer Rtn. PP.Ashok Gadgil Rtn.PP Ashok Gadgil told BOD that we are comfortably positioned, Club admin Rtn. Dr. Smita jog Committee chairs were advised to place their reports. Attendance Rtn.Aniruddha Inamdar Average attendance of 43% Program committee Rtn. PP Shrikant Bhave The proposed programs in June are as follows 29/5/23 Scientist Award 5/6/23 Prog by C.D &Seema Mahajan 12/6/23 Planning Assembly 17/6/23 Joint BOD 19/06/23 Review Meeting 30/06/23 Installation Bulletin Ann.Kalyani Pendharkar It is planned that instead of a blog Push printed Push to be published (limited Edition 25 prints only), BOD approved the estimated cost for the print. Director Membership Rtn. Dr.Bharati Dole President Mrinal told BOD that holding back the members meaningfully in our club should be considered seriously. BOD approved the new membership of Vijay Gokhale. Director PI & IT Rtn.Nitin Naik Dr.Mrinal requested Rtn Nitin to upload all member’s achievements under PI as per District instruction. Director of service projects (Medical) Rtn.PP Rujuta Desai A health check camp was done for contract workers at IISER in collaboration with Bharati Vidyapeeth and should be continued in the coming years. Director vocational service Rtn.Sandeep Tapaswi Planning of Scientist Awards on 29/05/23. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks given by President Dr.Mrinal Nerlekar. The next BOD will be held on 17/06/2023. It will be Joint BOD. The meeting was attended by: (09 members). |
