Club trip to Mahabaleshwar and donation to Mahabaleshwar trekkers Group. Mahabaleshwar trekkar Group is an N G O which is placed in Mahabaleswar and is formed by shri Anil Kelwane. This N G O helps the people who have met with an accident in the ghats or in the neighbouring area around Mahabaleshwar. In an accident in Ambenali Ghat scores of people lost their lives. in a bus accident. This trekker Group collected the dead bodies from the deep ravines.During this exercise the trekker group lost all their rescue equipment. This group consists of people from economically deprived class.Our club with Mahabaleshwar club organised a meeting to felicitate the members of the trekker group. RCP Shivajinagar members collected an amount of 75000/Rs and donated the same to the Trekker group for purchase of rescue equipment.
