It was an interactive and informative session.The following points were covered-Global concerns of Rotary,how Rotary is changing,leadership in Rotary,goal congruence,important avenues of Rotary,functions of various committees,District 3131 salient features and signature projects,Rotary Club of Pune Shivajinagar SWOT,strategic plan,assemblies and fellowship group were discussed.Points like new things in 2019-20 ,focus on digital E governance,smart use of Technology and flexible club administration were shown with example.
