On 10th of September a study tour was organised in Tamhini ghat. This area is known for its unique flora and fauna. During rainy reason variety of green leafy vegetables grow naturally ,which are full of micronutrients and Omega 3 fatty acids. This year the Karvee plants has blooming,which occurs every 7 years. There is a Devrai which has unique plants like satveeni and Katesavar. We have invited one Botanist who gave detailed information about the trees and plants. We also celebrated birthdays and anniversaries of our members falling in the month of September. There was a great assimilation, fellowship and addition of knowledge about the nature as well. It was a day long tour.
