The Surgical Rehabilitation of Physically Challenged Children project aims to provide comprehensive surgical interventions and post-operative care for children with physical disabilities. This initiative focuses on improving the quality of life for these children by enhancing their physical capabilities, mobility. Through this global grant the help is given to a residential school named as Society for the welfare of physically challenged and research instItuute. Identify and Assess Candidates: Conduct thorough medical assessments to identify children who would benefit most from surgical intervention ty, and overall well-being through targeted surgical proc 1. Provide Surgical Interventions: Perform necessary surgeries to correct physical deformities 2. Post-Operative Rehabilitation: Implement personalized rehabilitation programs to aid recovery and enhance the outcomes of surgical interventions. 3. Support and Education: Offer support to families and educate them about post-operative care and long-term rehabilitation strategies. 4. Monitor and Evaluate Outcomes: Continuously monitor the progress of patients and Target Population 5. The project focuses on physically challenged children, primarily aged 1 year to 18 yrs from underprivileged communities who have limited access to medical care. 6. Ultimately the dependent child is transformed into a self dependent individual who can contribute actively to the society. 7. All the facilities of stay, food, education, surgical rehabilitation are done free of cost. 8. The institution is fully run on the donation received from various organisations and individuals. We are supplying wheel chairs, crutches, sticks, artificial limbs and corrective boots to the children. To update the school we are donating benches, green boards in the classrooms. One toilet is renovated.
